About The Position

The Beverage Busser is responsible for ensuring beverage ware is cleared throughout events. Requirements

Walks and stands throughout entire shift.
Lifts and transports cocktail trays weighing up to 30 lbs
Pushes and pulls carts, racks and product weighing up to 100 lbs.
Reads, speaks, writes and comprehends English.

Responsibilities

Sets up trays, tray jacks, queens, gloves, linens, and other similar items
Prepares designated area for empty glassware and bottles.
Removes glassware and bottles from event space and places in bussing location including specialty glassware when applicable
Multi tasks servicing multiple rooms/halls at the same time
Must stay in assigned service areas during service
Delivers exceptional service.
Acts with a sense of urgency with respect to guest and event needs
Employs good safety and sanitation practices in order to prevent hazards including but not limited to, slips, trips, falls and burns, and reports injuries, unsafe conditions or equipment malfunctions to management. Contacts Public Safety and management in the event of emergencies.
Adheres to company guidelines, policies and property rules.
Follows responsible alcohol service policies.
Thoroughly completes all responsibilities and assignments and checks out with management at end of shift
Displays a positive attitude.
Assists others when necessary and/or requested.
