This position is a seasonal, event-based role, with a primary duration from April-September. The Bar Back receives all liquor, beer and wine from the storeroom on a daily basis and as needed. They replenish all liquor, beer and wine as needed in the bar throughout the shift. The role involves retrieving needed food and beverage items, including kegs, from various locations and delivering them to the bar area. Responsibilities include setting up bottles, ensuring beer taps are working, stocking supplies like snacks and napkins, assisting with opening and closing duties, bussing tables, maintaining cleanliness of bar areas, removing rubbish, and preparing/serving beverages as needed to assist the bartender.
