About The Position

Hall Management Group is seeking professional, passionate, hospitality-minded Barbacks to join our team! We want to "enhance" traditional hospitality models by taking care of our employees, guests, and community. We strive to provide friendly, knowledgeable and professional service with a genuine sense of Hospitality along with a desire to place the guest experience at the forefront of each encounter.

Requirements

Great enthusiasm and attitude
Must have valid South Carolina State Approved Alcohol Server Training Certificate.
Minimum 2+ years’ experience in a guest-facing restaurant role in a beverage service role.
Ability to make a positive difference in our guests and your co-workers' lives
Strong work ethic
Team - oriented mentality
Punctual & Reliable
Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays
Minimum age requirement is 21 years old

Nice To Haves

Experience in a fast-paced restaurant bar or bar environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

Assist bartenders with stocking and restocking of bar supplies.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
Provide support to bartenders during busy periods.
Ensure glassware is clean and readily available.
Dispose of waste and empty trash receptacles.
Assist with opening and closing duties of the bar.
