About The Position

The Haywire & The Ranch brand is looking for an amazing Bar Back or Service Bartender. They offer heritage recipes made modern with locally sourced ingredients, featuring inspired and quality ingredients of fine dining with the comfort of casual home cooking. They pride themselves on offering a beverage selection that includes a wide variety of local Texas spirits, craft beers, handcrafted cocktails, and an unparalleled, award-winning wine list.

Requirements

• Minimum one (1) year restaurant and bar experience
• Must be able to read, write, & speak English
• Ability to stand for long periods of time & lift a minimum of 50 pounds
• Maintain a current Food Handler's Certification & TABC Certification
• Must be at least 18 years of age

Nice To Haves

• Possess a deep love and knowledge of whiskey, wine, and beer
• Craft cocktails that are Hand Tooled and Gussied Up
• Understand the balance of showmanship and efficiency
• Pride themselves on their close attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Polish the glassware
• Prepare for service with wine tools
