About The Position

Slightly North of Broad is seeking professional, passionate, hospitality- minded Barbacks to join our team! We want to "enhance" traditional hospitality models by taking care of our employees, guests, and community. We strive to provide friendly, knowledgeable and professional service with a genuine sense of Hospitality along with a desire to place the guest experience at the forefront of each encounter.

Requirements

• Great enthusiasm and attitude
• Must have valid South Carolina State Approved Alcohol Server Training Certificate.
• Minimum 2+ years’ experience in a guest-facing restaurant role in a beverage service role.
• Ability to make a positive difference in our guests and your co-workers' lives
• Strong work ethic
• Team - oriented mentality
• Punctual & Reliable
• Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays
• Minimum age requirement is 21 years old

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a fast-paced restaurant bar or bar environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist bartenders with stocking and restocking of bar supplies.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, tools, and equipment.
• Provide prompt and efficient service to bartenders and servers.
• Ensure the bar is clean and prepared for service.
• Dispose of waste and empty trash receptacles.
• Wash bar tools, glassware, and other equipment as needed.
• Assist with inventory and receiving of bar supplies.
• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation standards.
• Support a positive and collaborative team environment.
