About The Position

As a Banquets Server, you will help to create a special event our guests will remember. Your ability to work as a team player, combined with your service skills and your engaging personality, will ensure that our guests have a memorable experience. We have both seasonal opportunities available, starting in September, October, November and December 2026. All of these positions will be ending in May 2027. Starting Rate of Pay: $18.80 per hour. We recognize tenure through our compensation - hourly rates increase after 6 months and then yearly to three years. At three years the pay rate for this role would be $20.60.

Requirements

• Serving It Right Certificate required
• Previous serving experience
• Must thrive under pressure and be knowledgeable in guest recovery
• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in Banquets is preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist guests regarding menu items in an informative and helpful way
• Serve all food and beverage items for assigned banquet meetings
• Have full knowledge of beverage lists
• Have full knowledge of all menu items being served
• Follow outlet policies, procedures and service standards
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage
