Requirements

Ability to talk and hear.
Ability to walk and stand for up to 8 hours.
Ability to bend, stoop, and crouch.
Ability to use hand, finger, and wrist dexterity.
Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 100 pounds.
Specific vision abilities required: close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
Attention to detail is critical.
Ability to read and understand documents such as safety rules, B.E.O operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals is preferred.
Great communication skills with a strong customer service ethic.
Comfortable communicating in English.

Responsibilities

Setting up and taking down the event space during their day.
Reading the BEO to determine the specified layout of tables, chairs and props.
Maintaining cleanliness and good condition of all banquet function space according to the programs and plans.
Stocking linen, China, sliver, and other supplies in preparation for each event.
Fulfilling guest special requests involving a particular layout for the event or certain props.
Preventing and correcting imperfections and blemishes.
Reporting imperfections and blemishes and working with other positions to correct them.
