The Banquets & Events Lead supports the successful execution of banquets and events by leading event setup and breakdown, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation, and providing guest-facing service as needed. This role works closely with the Banquets & Events Manager and event staff to ensure spaces are guest-ready, events run smoothly, and Food & Beverage areas reflect a professional, and welcoming environment. This is a year-round position. During slower banquet seasons, this role will assist in other Food & Beverage operations.
