Requirements

3-6 months of related experience or equivalent training that shows your commitment to the service industry.
Alcohol Awareness Certification (must comply with state regulations) - we'll support you in obtaining this if needed.
Driven by a passion for hospitality, you thrive under pressure—thinking on your feet, solving problems creatively, and creating positive experiences for others.
Comfortable with the physical demands of bar work, including standing for extended periods, lifting supplies, and maintaining high energy throughout your shift.
Dependable schedule adherence with flexibility for varying shifts based on business needs.
