About The Position

Hilton Chicago is hiring a Banquet Steward to help deliver smooth events and memorable guest experiences. The role involves setting up and maintaining banquet spaces, keeping event and back-of-house areas clean and organized, and supporting banquet servers and kitchen teams. The ideal candidate has at least one year of banquet steward experience in a large hotel environment. Open availability is required seven days a week, including weekends and holidays, for morning and evening shifts.

Responsibilities

• Keep banquet areas, back-of-house spaces, and storage areas clean, organized, and guest-ready throughout events.
• Assist banquet servers and kitchen teams with transporting equipment, food items, and service materials as needed.
• Prepare and set up clean serviceware for banquets and functions.
• Train and mentor new stewards to help strengthen team performance.
• Follow health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol-awareness regulations.
