Requirements

Must be able to work a combination of AM and PM shifts 5 days a week, including weekends.
Must have a minimum of 1 year of banquet setup and/or housekeeping experience.
Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

Assists in preparing for banquet events at Brookfield Conference Center.
Physically demanding, requiring you to be able to lift, push, tables, chairs, and other items ensuring an outstanding banquet space presentation adhering to the requested layout.
Set up tables and chairs for banquets, catering events and meetings while ensuring a clean, professional, and attractive presentation of banquet spaces.
Assist in maintaining cleanliness throughout the food and beverage department.
Review and implement catering function agreements to ensure the highest standards of service and product are offered.
