About The Position

As a Banquet Setup Server at our prestigious private country club, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our discerning members and guests. Working within a fast-paced and dynamic environment, you will be integral to our service team, ensuring the flawless setup and execution of banquets, events, and special occasions.

Requirements

Excellent communication skills
Strong organizational skills
High School Graduated or equivalent preferred.
Prior experience in similar setting preferred.
Regularly required to stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools, or controls, talk or hear, taste or smell.
Frequently required to reach with hands and arms, climb and balance.
Occasionally required to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
Must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
Occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles, extreme cold, and extreme heat.
The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.

Responsibilities

Anticipate and fulfill members' needs promptly and courteously.
Execute banquet events with precision, adhering to established service protocols and timelines.
Collaborate closely with the banquet captain and team members to ensure seamless coordination and guest satisfaction.
Maintain meticulous attention to detail in setup, presentation, and service execution, ensuring that each event reflects the highest standards of quality and professionalism.
Work collaboratively with fellow servers, bartenders, chefs, and other team members to ensure smooth event operations and foster a positive, supportive work environment.
Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in responding to changing guest needs, event dynamics, and operational priorities.
Stay composed under pressure and maintain a positive, can-do attitude at all times.
Closes stations
Takes direction from Captains and Management.
Checks out with Captain or Management before leaving.
