About The Position
Performing food and drink serving duties at dinners and special events while interacting with guests in a positive, friendly and efficient manner. Assisting with set-up and break down for events.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous wait or banquet server experience
- Excellent oral communication and listening skills
- Ability to follow directions
- Excellent customer service skills
- Must have dependable transportation.
- Server must be at least 16 years of age.
- Background check screening required
Responsibilities
- Set up for events by arranging tables, chairs and buffet. Set out tablecloths and place settings.
- Carrying plates of food on trays and serving guests
- Keep glasses filled; remove each round of plates (from the right) and replenish utensils.
- Perform cleaning tasks and breakdown of service
- Maintain high standards of safety and cleanliness
- Adhere to grooming and appearance standards
- Assist Kitchen staff with prep when necessary.
