As a Banquet Server, you will play a pivotal role in upholding our standards of excellence in hospitality, ensuring that every guest's experience is memorable and enjoyable.

Requirements

  • Outstanding interpersonal communication skills in English, enabling effective interaction with both guests and team members.
  • Capability to work effectively under pressure, maintaining composure and delivering exceptional service during busy periods.
  • Friendly, cooperative, and helpful demeanor, with a commitment to maintaining a neat and well-groomed appearance.
  • Ability to complete R.A.M.P. (Responsible Alcohol Management Program) certification.
  • Strong teamwork skills, demonstrating a cooperative and supportive approach to achieving shared goals.
  • Willingness to complete the pre-employment process and work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.

  • Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Adhere to the sequence of service for every guest, ensuring a consistent and high-quality experience.
  • Set up banquet spaces and ensure cleanliness.
  • Acquire in-depth knowledge of menu items, specials, and pricing, facilitating informed and helpful interactions with guests.
  • Serve food and beverages at various banquet events on the Casino floor, providing attentive and efficient service.
  • Take precise orders, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrate familiarity with the current wine list and exhibit a strong understanding of different wine varieties.
  • Uphold and set examples of high standards in appearance and work ethic, contributing to a professional and polished work environment.
  • Ensure a clean and sanitary work area at all times, emphasizing the importance of hygiene and cleanliness.
  • Handle guest complaints or issues promptly and courteously, showcasing strong conflict resolution skills.
