About The Position
Our Banquet Servers have the unique opportunity of connecting with guests as they celebrate life’s milestone moments. From beginning to end, the banquet server’s responsibility is to connect with guests making them feel welcome, comfortable, and appreciated. Attentiveness to guests’ needs and a spirit of exceeding expectations are important to success in this position.

- Adequate licensing and certifications required by CRG and state-wide agencies (e.g. Liquor license, State Alcohol Certification Coursework, ServSafe Certification, etc.)
Responsibilities
- Assist in set up, execution, and clean-up of private event(s).
- Communicate with Event Supervisor regarding unique needs that arise during an event.
- Interact with guests maintaining CRG Service Standards by going above and beyond to ensure unforgettable dining experiences of exceptional quality and value.
- Uphold high standards of organization, safety and cleanliness in all areas of the CRG Event Center.
- Possess adequate licensing and certifications required by CRG and state-wide agencies to maintain best practices (e.g. Liquor license, State Alcohol Certification Coursework, ServSafe Certification, etc.).
