About The Position

As a Banquet Server on Hilton’s Hotels team, you provide food and beverage service while creating memorable guest experiences. You welcome guests with a friendly, upbeat attitude, learn menu items and specials, take and enter orders into the point-of-sale system, and deliver orders promptly. You keep service stations stocked, clean, and organized; clear and transport tableware to the dishwashing area; and help prepare events by cleaning, arranging banquet tables, and restocking supplies. You also follow health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol-awareness regulations to support the well-being of guests and team members. Responsibilities

• Bring an upbeat and friendly attitude to guest interactions and proactively look for ways to make guests’ experiences special.
• Learn menu items and specials to answer guest questions confidently.
• Take food and beverage orders, enter them into the point-of-sale system, and deliver completed orders promptly.
• Keep the service station fully stocked, clean, and organized.
• Remove dishware, glassware, and silverware after meal service and transport them to the dishwashing area.
• Assist with event preparation, including cleaning, arranging and setting banquet tables, and restocking supplies.
• Comply with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol-awareness regulations.
