About The Position

The Banquet Server will be responsible for reviewing Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) to understand menu details, room setup, and food, beverage, and audio-visual needs. They will assist with setting up tables, buffets, and bars, ensuring the quality and presentation of food before serving, and preparing and serving beverages. The role requires providing prompt and professional service to all guests and communicating with the kitchen regarding any changes.

• Flexible to work varying schedules to include nights, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Review BEO's for menu details, room setup, food, beverage and audio visual needs.
• Assist the set up staff in table set up, buffet set up, bar set up, etc.
• Check quality and presentation of food before serving.
• Prepare and serve beverages for the function.
• Provide prompt and professional service to all guests.
• Communicate with Kitchen keeping update on any changes.
