About The Position

The Dishwasher is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of all dishes, glassware, and kitchen equipment. This role involves using dishwashing machines and manual washing techniques to ensure all items are clean and ready for use. The position also includes general kitchen cleaning duties, trash removal, and adherence to safety protocols. The Dishwasher will work as part of a team to provide excellent guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Use established guidelines to correctly operate and maintain the dish machine.
• Wash glasses and dishes in a standard dish rack.
• Wash pots and pans in the designated pot washer's area.
• Perform all required cleaning to keep the kitchen neat and clean at all times.
• Sweep up broken glass/dishes and mop up any spills.
• Empty full and heavy trash cans, spray and sanitize them after each use, and place new trash bags in the container.
• Follow all MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet) protocols and safety guidelines.
• Perform other duties in other areas of the Kitchen as assigned, including assisting with plating banquet events when needed.
