About The Position

This role involves supporting banquet events by reviewing BEOs (Banquet Event Orders) to understand menu details, room setup, and specific food, beverage, and audio-visual requirements. The Banquet Server will assist setup staff with various tasks, ensure the quality and presentation of food, prepare and serve beverages, and provide prompt, professional service to guests. Effective communication with the kitchen regarding any event changes is also a key part of the role.

Responsibilities

• Review BEOs for menu details, room setup, food, beverage and audio visual needs.
• Assist the set up staff in table set up, buffet set up, bar set up, etc.
• Check quality and presentation of food before serving.
• Prepare and serve beverages for the function.
• Provide prompt and professional service to all guests.
• Communicate with Kitchen keeping update on any changes.
