Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service to all customers
- Greet guests and accommodate their needs during events
- Communicate effectively with guests about the menu
- Deliver food and beverages from staging areas to guests
- Assist other servers during peak periods
- Learn and practice buffet, plated, and reception-style meal services (training provided)
- Anticipate guest needs and monitor dining experience to ensure satisfaction
- Set up, execute, and clean up after events
- Perform side work to prepare for upcoming events
