About The Position

The On-Call Banquet Server provides an exceptional, personalized dining experience by delivering elevated, refined, attentive, and knowledgeable service. This role requires professionalism, refined service skills, strong product knowledge, and a deep understanding of fine cuisine, wine, and service standards to ensure every guest interaction exceeds expectations.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in fine dining, banquet/catering with upscale hospitality preferred
  • Must obtain and maintain any required state or local alcohol service permits or certifications
  • Must obtain and maintain any required state or local food service certifications
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • High level of attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for hospitality, food, and beverage
  • Ability to remain calm, poised, and professional under pressure

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly and professionally, guiding them through a dining experience from arrival to departure
  • Demonstrate thorough knowledge of the menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, allergens, and seasonal changes
  • Execute fine dining service techniques, including tableside service, coursed meals, wine service, and proper plate presentation
  • Collaborate closely with kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service flow
