About The Position

This position is for a part-time banquet server who will be responsible for assisting with event setup, food and beverage service, and ensuring a positive guest experience. The role requires flexibility in scheduling, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and emphasizes teamwork and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Review BEO's for menu details, room setup, food, beverage and audiovisual needs.
• Assist the set-up staff in table set up, buffet set up, bar set up, etc.
• Check quality and presentation of food before serving.
• Prepare and serve beverages for the function.
• Provide prompt and professional service to all guests.
• Communicate with Kitchen keeping update on any changes.
