Nice To Haves

• Previous banquet, restaurant, hotel, or hospitality experience is a plus
• Hospitality experience is not required. We are willing to train motivated individuals who demonstrate a positive attitude, professionalism, and a desire to learn.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and arranging banquet spaces according to Banquet Event Orders (BEOs)
• Setting tables with linens, silverware, glassware, and other required service items
• Providing professional and attentive food and beverage service
• Welcoming guests and responding courteously to questions and requests
• Maintaining clean, organized, and fully stocked service stations throughout events
• Assisting with event breakdown and post-function cleanup
• Collaborating with the banquet team to ensure events are executed smoothly and efficiently
• Representing Brasstown Valley Resort & Spa with professionalism and a commitment to exceptional guest service
