About The Position

Banquet Servers are responsible for performing food and drink serving duties at dinners and special events while interacting with guests in a positive, friendly and efficient manner. This role involves setting up for events by putting out tablecloths and place settings, arranging table placement and setting up a buffet. Servers will carry plates of food on trays and serve guests, keep glasses filled, remove used plates, and replenish utensils. Additionally, they will perform cleaning tasks, breakdown of service, and maintain high standards of safety and cleanliness. Adherence to grooming and appearance standards is also required.
