This role involves guiding and growing a banquet team through coaching and training, leading day-to-day operations and performance management with a people-first mindset, and partnering with sales, culinary, and events teams to flawlessly execute each event. The Banquet Manager will also be responsible for balancing budgets, managing labor, supplies, and revenue opportunities, and ensuring a clean, safe, and guest-wowing environment.

Requirements

  • Customer service experience.
  • At least 1 year of banquet food service experience.
  • Leadership potential or experience.
  • Food and alcohol certifications (or willingness to complete in 90 days).
  • Physical stamina—this role includes lifting, bending, walking, and standing during your entire shift.
