Position Summary The Banquet Manager directs and motivates the events team while actively supporting the delivery of high-quality service that meets established standards and guest expectations. This leader manages operational, administrative, and financial aspects of banquet operations while maintaining clear communication with guests, planners, and internal teams to ensure the success of every event. This role also identifies training opportunities, coaches team members, and ensures our service culture and core values are reflected in every interaction.
