About The Position

Four Seasons Hotel Nashville is seeking a Banquet Cook to join their talented Culinary team. This role is crucial in delivering exceptional dining experiences by preparing high-quality food for banquet events, colleague dining, and hotel outlets, while upholding Four Seasons' standards of excellence, consistency, and presentation.

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of culinary or related kitchen experience.
Strong knife skills and knowledge of cooking techniques.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.
Authorization to work in the United States is required for this role.

Nice To Haves

Culinary degree, certificate, or equivalent experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Prepare and present high-quality food items for banquet functions, hotel outlets, and employee dining according to established recipes and standards.
Assist with food preparation, mise en place, and station setup for breakfast, lunch, and dinner service.
Ensure consistency in food quality, portioning, and presentation.
Operate, maintain, and clean kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
Follow food safety, sanitation, and health department regulations at all times.
Label, date, store, and rotate products according to established procedures.
Minimize food waste and contribute to effective food cost control.
Work collaboratively with the culinary team to execute banquet events and daily operations.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Support additional culinary responsibilities as assigned by leadership.
