About The Position

The Banquet Cook is responsible for the proper preparation and execution of food items required for all banquet events, including breakfasts, luncheons, dinners, and special parties. This role involves performing cooking, carving, and/or other buffet station duties as required. The position is located at Tin Lizzie Gaming Resort in Deadwood, SD.

Responsibilities

Responsible for the proper preparation and execution of food items required for all banquet events, including breakfasts, luncheons, dinners and special parties.
Perform cooking, carving and/or other buffet station duties as required.
Assist with Banquet food-prep/cooking.
Ensure all Banquet rooms are flipped and set up for the days events.
Food cart setup.
Create positive customer interactions.
Work with all Banquet staff to meet needed goals.
