About The Position

The iconic Hotel del Coronado is looking for a Banquet Captain to join the team! This role is not just about overseeing food and beverage service at banquet functions, but also about spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest. The Hotel del Coronado is a 28-acre property built in 1888 with over 750 rooms, cottages, and villas, featuring 65,000 square feet of banquet space and 10 food and beverage outlets.
