About The Position

The iconic Hotel del Coronado is looking for a Pastry Cook I to join the team. This role involves preparing great tasting bakery and pastry items and spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest. The Hotel del Coronado is a 28-acre property built in 1888 with over 750 rooms, cottages, and villas, and 10 food and beverage outlets, including restaurants, bars, a food truck, marketplace, ice cream shop, and in-room dining. The hotel has recently undergone a $400M renovation and expansion.
