About The Position

The iconic Hotel del Coronado is looking for a Restaurant Assistant General Manager to join the Food & Beverage team at Serea. Located on Coronado Island just minutes from Downtown San Diego, this 28-acre property was built in 1888 and has over 750 rooms (to include cottages and villas), 65,000 square feet of banquet space, and 10 food and beverage outlets. This includes 4 restaurants, 2 bars, food truck, marketplace, ice cream shop, and in-room dining. In this role, you will manage a team of 30+ Front of House Team Members, report to the General Restaurant Manager, and assist in our various food and beverage outlets. The ideal candidate must be an exceptional leader with a passion for creating extraordinary experiences! At least 2 years of restaurant management experience in an upscale dining environment is required. Strong beverage knowledge and prior experience working with a hospitality management group is a plus. Picture yourself brightening someone’s day. Requirements

• At least 2 years of restaurant management experience in an upscale dining environment is required
• Exceptional leadership skills
