About The Position

As a Banquet Captain, you’ll lead the team in executing seamless events—from setup to breakdown—ensuring every detail meets client expectations. You'll coordinate service staff, manage timelines, and serve as the main point of contact during functions. This role is perfect for those with strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional hospitality experiences. You'll be the leader behind memorable events and functions, ensuring every detail is executed flawlessly. Your daily tasks will include supervising banquet staff, coordinating event logistics, and liaising with clients.

Requirements

  • Eligible to work in the United States
  • Sufficient education and/or literacy needed to identify and read product labels and to communicate with guests about job-related needs.
  • Ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, and lift as required—with or without reasonable accommodations
  • Previous experience in a similar or related position (required)
