- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining an excellent level of service
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience as in Banquet management highly preferred
- Prior leadership highly preferred
Responsibilities
- Oversee banquet room set up, team direction and organization
- Warmly welcome guests and assist with seating arrangements as necessary
- Manage team members; lead with honesty, professionalism and thoughtfulness
- Respond to guest and coordinator requests and needs
- Ensure facilities are well-maintained
