Wedding Banquet Bartender
About The Position
Wedgewood Weddings & Events is hiring part-time banquet bartenders to serve weddings and special events. The role is suited to energetic, personable bartenders who can work efficiently under pressure and help create memorable guest experiences in a fast-paced, high-volume setting. Bartenders serve beverages, keep the bar stocked and clean, provide friendly guest service, uphold company standards, and follow safety and sanitation protocols. The position requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, including Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, during both day and night. Shifts may exceed eight hours, and workweeks may exceed 40 hours. Physical duties may include lifting chairs, moving tables, and assisting with banquet setup and teardown. Food Handler’s Card and Responsible Beverage Server (RBS) certifications are required. Wedgewood Weddings is a family-owned business established in 1986, with more than 70 venues across the country. Requirements
- Food Handler’s Card.
- Responsible Beverage Server (RBS) certification.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

- Ability to perform physical tasks that may include lifting chairs, moving tables, and assisting with banquet setup and teardown.
- Outgoing and personable attitude, with the ability to make guests feel welcome.
- Ability to handle busy shifts with a smile and professionalism.

- Previous bartending experience in high-volume environments is preferred.
