About The Position
The Holiday Inn at The Mainland Manahawkin/LBI is currently hiring for On-Call/Part Time Banquet Bartenders. The ideal candidates will be experienced in mixing and serving drinks in a fast-paced banquet or catering environment while delivering exceptional service.
Requirements
- Previous bartending experience required; banquet experience preferred.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 35 lbs
- Must be able to serve alcohol in accordance with PA state laws.
Nice To Haves
- Banquet experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Set up and stock bars according to event specifications
- Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages responsibly
- Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Monitor guest alcohol consumption and comply with all safety and legal guidelines
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Assist with bar breakdown and inventory after events
