The Banquet Server/Bartender is responsible for delivering exceptional food and beverage service for weddings, private events, and special functions. This role ensures event spaces are properly set, maintained, and broken down while providing warm, attentive guest service. Responsibilities include serving food and beverages, occasional light bartending, maintaining cleanliness and organization, accurately handling cash and POS transactions, complying with all food safety and alcohol service regulations, and working collaboratively with the Banquet Captain, culinary team, and fellow staff to execute seamless, memorable events. Professionalism, flexibility, and a positive, team-oriented attitude are essential.
