A Banquet Attendant is a key member of the Food and Beverage Team with a strong service background and the ability to anticipate needs and manage multiple tasks. Banquet Attendants must be able to read a BEO (Banquet Event Order) and identify the necessary equipment to successfully execute events. Responsibilities may include setting up, executing, and breaking down coffee services, buffets, snack drops, and more. They may also serve as Food Runners, Bussers, Tray Passers, or In-Room Attendants. Banquet Attendants are expected to maintain professionalism at all times and prioritize guest satisfaction by delivering memorable experiences each shift. Strong time management and communication skills are essential. The ideal candidate is flexible, dependable, and brings a positive, upbeat attitude to every event.
