This role focuses on ensuring happy guests, spotless cleanliness, product consistency & quality, and teamwork. Duties include greeting guests, maintaining cleanliness of workspaces, ensuring operational checklists are completed accurately, and communicating effectively with team members. Specific to the banquet attendant role, this includes table manicures, consistent set-up of banquet areas, kitchen cleaning, food safety, and maintaining stocked and clean banquet areas.
