Banquet Administrative Coordinator
About The Position
This role requires flexibility with work days and hours in a demanding but fun business. The ideal candidate must meet the legal age requirement to serve alcohol and have previous experience passionately providing food and beverage service to others. Alcohol service and food handler certifications are required, with familiarity of restaurant terminology and food service techniques being preferred. The position is for someone who is a "people person" and can communicate fluently in English, both verbally and in writing. The ability to multi-task while ensuring accuracy is also essential.
Requirements
- Must meet the legal age requirement to serve alcohol.
- Previous experience passionately providing food and beverage service to others required.
- Alcohol service certification required.
- Food handler certification required.
- Ability to communicate fluently in English both verbally and through legible writing.
- Knowledge of POS.
