Doeren Mayhew is seeking a full-time Administrative Coordinator to join our Alpharetta, GA office. This Administrative Coordinator will provide high level office support. This position is in office 5 days per week.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 1+ year of administrative or clerical experience required.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office programs including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and Adobe.
  • Familiarity with office equipment, such copy machines, and phone systems.
  • Strong organization and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and duties simultaneously.
  • Independently motivated, with the ability to take on tasks and duties without immediate direction.
  • Ability to be in the office every day (various schedules are available 7am-3pm, 8am-4pm, 9am-5pm).

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to staff, managers, and leadership as needed.
  • Organize meetings and meeting schedules as needed.
  • Perform clerical duties, such as digital filing, and responding to voicemails and emails.
  • Coordinate with human resources to handle administrative tasks related to recruiting, onboarding, offboarding of personnel.
  • Assist accounting from time to time with expense approvals, making payments, and/or tracking receipts.
  • Handle travel booking as needed.
  • Ensure conference rooms and other meeting spaces are prepared prior to use and after use.
  • Order office related supplies, pick up and stock.
  • Answer the door during business hours; check mail daily.
  • Coordinate office lunches; set up and clean up for events.
  • Assist with special project work as needed.
  • Building contact liaison; submission of service request and meeting of building maintenance as needed.
  • Maintain employee access list and badge distribution.
