About The Position

Miller Nash is seeking a bankruptcy and creditors’ rights attorney with 10+ years of experience to join their team in Long Beach, California. The ideal candidate will have experience in bankruptcy, receivership, foreclosures, collection actions, and workouts. Strong analytical skills, a commitment to providing exceptional client service, and an enthusiasm for working collaboratively are essential. A portable client base is preferred. Candidates must be licensed and in good standing with the State Bar of California. Admission to the Oregon State Bar, and/or Washington State Bar license is a plus.
