About The Position

This Summer Internship Program in Investment Banking offers participants the opportunity to engage in the day-to-day activities of the investment banking division. Interns will gain broad exposure to various clients, transactions, and specialist areas. The program focuses on providing a comprehensive business overview through real projects, immediate responsibility, and guidance from a mentor and line manager. It is a 10-week journey designed for students in their penultimate year of university to build skills, expand knowledge, and explore career opportunities in finance and technology.

Requirements

Pursuing an MBA degree.
Graduating between December 2027 - June 2028.
GPA of 3.2 or above.
Keen interest in business and finance.
Curiosity to learn.
Demonstrate resourcefulness, teamwork, enthusiasm, and an entrepreneurial spirit (potentially through extracurricular activities).

Responsibilities

Collaboration on live deals and client pitches.
Support the team in advising a broad range of corporate clients, delivering structured solutions to meet client goals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives.
Participate in training and development programs.
Identify opportunities, develop business cases, and manage the deployment of new products and services for investment banking.
Manage client relationships and provide customer service support, responding to inquiries and processing transactions.
Develop and implement financial models and strategies to support decision-making.
Understand business operations and learn from industry experts.
Train and mentor junior colleagues.
Consult on complex issues and advise People Leaders on escalated issues.
Identify ways to mitigate risk and develop new policies/procedures for control and governance.
