Requirements

High school diploma, general education degree or equivalent; or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Proven customer support experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
Basic Office Machine Operation Skills, Printers, Scanners, Copiers, Fax, postage machine, etc.

Responsibilities

Processing transactions efficiently, such as deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments, while ensuring accuracy and compliance with bank policies.
Assisting customers by answering their inquiries, providing information about banking products and services, and resolving any issues they may encounter.
Building strong relationships with customers.
Participating in training sessions and team meetings to continually improve your skills and stay updated on new services.
Maintaining a clean and organized work area.
