Requirements

Responsibilities

Provide outstanding service to current and prospective members by understanding their financial needs and recommending appropriate products and solutions.
Assist members with opening and maintaining checking, savings, IRA, trust, estate, and certificate accounts.
Guide members through consumer loan, mortgage, home equity, overdraft protection, and credit card application processes.
Research and resolve account inquiries, discrepancies, and loan-related concerns with accuracy and professionalism.
Identify opportunities to deepen member relationships through cross-selling and educating members on additional products and services.
Perform a variety of platform banking transactions while ensuring compliance with established policies and procedures.
Handle cash and negotiable instruments accurately and securely.
Support and mentor entry-level team members by providing assistance and training as needed.
Maintain a strong understanding of financial products, services, and applicable federal regulations.
Assist with branch operations, including vault opening, closing, balancing procedures, and ATM vault responsibilities when required.
Contribute to a positive team environment and perform additional duties as assigned.
