Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding service to current and prospective members by understanding their financial needs and recommending appropriate products and solutions.
  • Assist members with opening and maintaining checking, savings, IRA, trust, estate, and certificate accounts.
  • Guide members through consumer loan, mortgage, home equity, overdraft protection, and credit card application processes.
  • Research and resolve account inquiries, discrepancies, and loan-related concerns with accuracy and professionalism.
  • Identify opportunities to deepen member relationships through cross-selling and educating members on additional products and services.
  • Perform a variety of platform banking transactions while ensuring compliance with established policies and procedures.
  • Handle cash and negotiable instruments accurately and securely.
  • Support and mentor entry-level team members by providing assistance and training as needed.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of financial products, services, and applicable federal regulations.
  • Assist with branch operations, including vault opening, closing, balancing procedures, and ATM vault responsibilities when required.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment and perform additional duties as assigned.
