About The Position

Provide exceptional service to members and prospective members by identifying financial needs and recommending appropriate Navy Federal products and services. Assist with a broad range of banking solutions, including checking and savings accounts, certificates, IRAs, trust and estate accounts, credit and debit cards, and lending products. Build strong member relationships through personalized service, financial education, and solution-oriented support.

Requirements

Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
Cash handling and transaction processing experience
Account management and administrative support experience
Sales-minded with the ability to identify member needs and recommend solutions
Comfortable interacting with customers in a fast-paced, service-focused environment
