About The Position
The role involves providing members and prospective members with a comprehensive range of products and services, including depository accounts such as checking, savings, certificate IRA, revocable trust, and estate accounts, along with lending products and credit/debit cards.
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service and support.
- Competency in cash handling and administrative tasks.
- Experience in banking and banking services.

Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service to members and prospective members.
- Assist with depository accounts including checking, savings, certificate IRA, revocable trust, and estate accounts.
- Provide guidance on lending products and credit/debit cards.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Engage confidently with members, offering alternatives and thinking outside the box.
