About The Position

MVSB is seeking a full-time Bank Teller to join our award-winning team at our Wolfeboro, NH branch. In this role, you'll provide friendly, accurate service while processing transactions, supporting customer needs, and helping promote banking solutions. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous cash handling and/or customer service experience preferred
• Strong customer service, communication, organizational, and basic math skills
• Professional, detail-oriented approach with a commitment to confidentiality and accuracy
• Intermediate use of desktop applications and standard office equipment
• Ability to work full-time, including rotating Saturdays, and float to other local branches as needed to support business demands

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous service to customers in person, by phone, and by email
• Process teller transactions accurately while maintaining confidentiality and balancing standards
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate bank products and services
• Follow bank policies, procedures, security practices, and applicable regulations
• Stay alert to potential fraud and support a clean, organized teller area
• Complete required training and perform other duties as requested
