As a Retail Bank Teller I/II, you will serve as the first point of contact for our customers and play a key role in creating a positive banking experience. - Ability to process financial transactions with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service with every interaction
- Process deposits for retail and commercial accounts (checking and savings)
- Accept and process loan payments
- Cash checks and handle account withdrawals
- Assist with night depository and vault duties
- Build strong customer relationships through friendly and professional service
- Identify customer needs and refer them to appropriate bank staff for additional products and services
- Follow all bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
