Responsibilities

• Help members open and manage accounts (checking, savings, IRAs, trusts, estates) and navigate loan and credit card applications with confidence.
• Investigate and resolve account or loan questions with accuracy, empathy, and attention to detail.
• Introduce members to products and services that fit their goals, empowering them to make informed financial decisions.
• Spot opportunities to deepen connections and enhance the member experience.
• Process cash and negotiable items securely and accurately.
• Collaborate, share knowledge, and help train teammates while contributing to a positive, inclusive culture.
• Follow regulations and best practices to ensure every interaction meets the highest standards.
• Support branch operations, including vault duties and ATM oversight as needed.
