Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to learn Bank systems and procedures.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently with a team.
Nice To Haves
- Cash-handling and customer-service experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Process deposits, withdrawals, payments, transfers, and check-cashing transactions.
- Balance the cash drawer and maintain accurate transaction records.
- Identify and report discrepancies promptly.
- Greet customers, listen to banking needs, and provide professional service.
- Promote and refer bank products and services when appropriate.
- Follow Bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Protect the confidentiality and security of customer information.
